Wow! This is insane, but a good sign that people are not moving around and spreading the virus

Just meditating this third Sunday of quarantine. Thinking of you in quarantine in Florida. What a long trip back.

Thanks, Kai. Yes, quite long! And, judging by the quality of MY meditation practice at the moment, my energy is still really unsettled. This is such a strange time.
So you’re stuck in Miami? Or, yeah, where are you? Isn’t this a mess? I’ve been sewing masks for us and friends and otherwise just trying to keep up the email, jokes, Zoom meetings (friends from college, writing group, viola lessons, therapy….Church services are on Facebook. Same for Jazzercise. And our choir director has been asking us to record ourselves singing completely alone (while listening to the accompaniment through earbuds). Man, THAT is humbling when you play it back. Somehow he puts it together was some reverb, and it sounds half way decent. Anyway, may you be well, and sorry your mid-life crisis was usurped by a different crisis.
